Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FoodLoot account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the FoodLoot app

Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account (shown in red).

Confirm deletion

Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap the delete button. Your account will be permanently removed immediately.

What happens to your data

Permanently deleted
  • Your profile (name, phone, email)
  • Saved / favourite deals
  • Vendor follows & notifications
  • Your account login credentials
  • Vendor profile & business info (if vendor)
  • Active deals (if vendor)
Retained for legal records
  • Completed order records (anonymised)
  • Transaction history (vendor revenue records)
