Everything you need to know before joining as a FoodLoot vendor.

Apply using the form above. Our team will reach out to begin the onboarding process. Vendor setup is a guided 7-step flow that auto-saves at every step — takes under 10 minutes and you can never lose your progress.

Joining as a launch partner vendor is completely free. There are no upfront costs. FoodLoot earns a small commission on each completed order — you only pay when you earn.

When a customer reserves a deal, they receive a QR code in the app. They arrive at your store during the pickup window and show the code on their phone. You tap to scan it in the FoodLoot vendor app — the order is marked collected. No cash, no receipts, no confusion.

Any prepared surplus food that's fresh and safe to eat — baked goods, meals, lunch boxes, pastries, drinks, combo boxes. The only requirement is that it was prepared on the same day.

You choose the pickup window when posting each deal. Windows must be at least 40 minutes long and cannot be set in the past. You can schedule same-day or for a future date. You're in full control.
