Browse Surprise Bags from Karachi cafés and bakeries. Each listing shows the business, the branch, the price and when to collect.
The contents are whatever the business has left that day. Photos show the kind of food to expect, not the exact items.
Pick a size. Check the window.
Small, Medium or Large. Each size has a minimum worth the business has to meet, and not every business offers all three.
Read the branch and pickup window before you reserve. A brand name doesn’t mean every branch takes part.
Pay in the app. It’s yours.
Checkout shows the total before you pay: card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Neem instalments or your LootWallet.
Orders are final once paid. If the business cancels or the bag sells out after you pay, you get a full refund.
Show your code at the counter.
Go to the branch during your window and show your QR or 4-digit pickup code. The business checks it and photographs your packed order before handing it over.
Anyone with your code can collect for you, so share it only with someone you trust.
Before you reserve
- Allergies
- Bags are made up on the day, so allergens can’t be confirmed in advance. If you have a serious allergy, don’t order a Surprise Bag.
- Your window
- Collect during the window on your order. If it ends before you arrive, the order is a no-show and isn’t refunded, because the business held your food.
- If something’s wrong
- Open the order and tap Get help within 12 hours of pickup, with a photo. If the business is closed or doesn’t have your order, you get a full refund.
